The first time you log in, download the Citrix Workspace app (If you don't already have it installed).
Click Detect Citrix Workspace app
Click the Identify the citrix workspace-app:
Tick "I accept...." and choose download (if you don't already have Citrix Workspace installed. Then you will enter directly into Citrix Storefront)
A file is now being downloaded. Run this file and install the Citrix Workspace app. If this does not work, you can contact us or your local IT support. This is likely because your IT department does not allow you to install programs locally on your computer.
When this is completet please press Finish:
Now you can press Continue on the Webpage:
You may now receive a pop-up from your browser asking iyou wish to open Citrix Workspace launcher. Please press always allow.
Yu are now inside Citrix Storefront:
You start Pricka Konto Or Pricka Bokslut by clicking the icons. Depending on your roser setting a file might be downloaded. That file you can just run.
Worth to keep in mind is that the first time you use the tool and set/use paths for file import, you may get this pop-up box:
Choose "Permit all access" and tick the "Do not ask me again for this site"

It is possible to run Pricka's tool directly in the browser without the Citrix Workspace app. However, this is not recommended in most cases as it can be difficult to import and export files.
If the system starts without the Citrix Workspace app, it looks like this
You can change so that the Programs start in Citrix Workspace mode by selecting settings at the top right of the Citrix Storefront and selecting account settings:
Here you can download the Citrix Workspace app and also change so that Apps and desktops open in browsers (light version) or in the Citrix Workspace app
If you press change the Citrix Workspace app, this window appears (ie the same as when logging in for the first time):
